2pm - 6pm: Check-in, welcome drinks, and socialising by the pool
7pm - late: Welcome dinner

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (27^th - 30^th June 2025)

Each full day looks like this -

7:00am - 9:00am: Breakfast
8:30am - 9:15am: Yoga or relaxation
9:30am - 11:00am: Morning workshop 1
11:00am - 11:30am: Morning tea
11:30am - 1:00pm: Morning workshop 2
1:00pm - 3:00pm: Lunch
3:00pm - 5:00pm: Guided practice
6:00pm - 8:00pm: Dinner
8:00pm till late: Party

Details

Yoga

Yoga classes will be run by local yoga instructors to stretch you, warm up your muscles, and give you a great start to your day.

While optional it's highly recommended, even for those of you who've never practiced yoga before.

Workshops

Our workshops deliver progressive content, evolving it as necessary as the retreat unfolds.

It's not an event for beginners, BBZR will be challenging but doable for those who are comfortable with fundamentals, and beneficial for even the most advanced dancers as small-group classes deliver much greater attention and feedback from our teachers.

Afternoon Social Dancing, Guided Practice

Each afternoon we facilitate social dancing and guided practice to allow you to integrate what you've learnt through practice with other attendees, under the guidance of an instructor.

Giving your mind time to rest and forget over lunch creates the perfect first moment to attempt to recall what you've learnt, and commit it to longer-term memory.

Evening Adventures

With 5 nights of partying, we've got a stellar evening line-up throughout the event which your ticket covers.

In keeping with Bali Retreat tradition you only discover where you're going when you arrive.

Thursday Night Party

We're all finally together! To celebrate, connect and decompress, we're whisking you away to a special venue for welcome drinks and dinner.

This is a chance to connect with friends old and new, relax into the tropical settings, and hang out with our instructors.

Think sundowner cocktails at a magical setting, followed by a dinner to remember.

Friday Night Party

We're all still very fresh and that calls for our first social dancing evening at a spectacular venue.

Dance the night away from 8pm till late with everyone, including our international guest teachers. 😍

Saturday Night Party

It's Saturday night — time to party and yet another amazing, mystery location.

Just keep some energy in store for long, unforgettable, blissed-out sessions!

Sunday Night Party

Sundays are about chilling, tunes, and dancing in exotic locations...

Monday Night Party

It’s our last night - time for just one more party to wrap up our amazing 4 days of workshops and parties.
